Shipping Policy
Be Enlightened! Enchand Maison accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.
If you live locally in Houston, check out our Instagram or Facebook page for any upcoming local pop-ups or vendors that the candles will be sold or email directly at info@enchandmaison.com.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship due to the increased volume of orders. Your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail from Houston, Texas. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot ship Priority Mail Express.
Shipping Rates/Transit
USPS Shipping Rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. Depending on the weight of your order, your package will be sent via First Class Package or Priority Mail. We ship all orders within the United States. Shipping to other USA locations will be charged at actual rates, quoted on weight. You will see the options at checkout.
For shipments in the summertime, there will be an upcharge of $2 to the total price of shipping in order to cover the materials that are necessary to prevent the candles from getting damaged. Please be sure to pick up your package as soon as it is delivered to avoid any heat damage due to weather conditions.
USPS Priority transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 2-3 business days. During the busy fall/holiday season, and especially during COVID-19, USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit but we take responsibility because we know it sucks. We will work with you to replace your items.
Damaged/Lost/Stolen Package
We are careful to package your purchase, but damages can happen. Since our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail, they are insured. While we are not responsible for USPS handling of packages, we will work with you remedy the situation and replace your damaged items by filing the claim to USPS. Photos showing the extent of the damage will help us. Please email proof of damage to info@enchandmaison.com with your order number.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but it appears the package may have actually been stolen.
No Refund / Exchange Policy
At Enchand Maison, our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their merchandise purchased. Due to the nature of being handmade, the candle may have slight variances and cannot be returned if you are dissatisfied with the scent. All sales are final. Exchanges or Merchandise credit is accepted. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Will NOT accept any returns of candles that have been lit.
We look at returns on case-by-case basis, if your order is received damage or unusable, please contact customer service at info@enchandmaison.com. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.
In order to receive an exchange, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging.
In order to complete your exchange, we require prior notification and return authorization. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping charges.
Exchanges will be made only for damage items or defective items and will be replaced with the exact item. Shipping will be paid by the customer.
